Hello! I’m Ashley Drummonds.
I’ve helped hundreds of empathic men & women reclaim their health and strength from the inside out. My areas of specialty are helping people with anxiety and panic attacks, hormone imbalances, building lean muscle, fat loss, mindfulness, nutrition and supplements and sometimes I play the role of life coach with clients.
I launched my own natural food product line on Shark Tank, was featured on HSN, and have been spotlighted in publications like Strong Magazine and national television for my work in fitness, nutrition, and functional health.
As a lifelong athlete, empath and high performer, I know what it’s like to do everything “right”—to train hard, eat clean, take the supplements—and still feel off. I’ve experienced the frustration of hitting plateaus, feeling exhausted, watching my body change, and being told by doctors that “everything looks normal while still struggling with things like anxiety, hormone imbalances, sleep issues, and energy.”
That’s what led me down the path of integrative health. I wanted real answers—not quick fixes, but root-cause solutions that actually worked for people like us. Since then, I’ve helped other empathic men & women who were struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, energy crashes, hormonal imbalances, gut issues, and stubborn weight shifts finally get their edge back while building lean muscle and getting in the best physical and mental shape of their lives.
I am Certified in Nutrition, a Certified Personal Trainer, trained in Integrative Women's Health, Integrative Hormone Health, and have spent years learning and studying through the top naturopathic and functional doctors on understanding the root cause that keeps so many of us from feeling out best.
I started this website and the PR Fuel Podcast as a place to connect, have a conversation and educate you on everything I've learned on nutrition, fitness, mindset, and life so that you can show up in this life strong, confident and empowered.
